Operating Agreements 

North American offers its experience running Caterpillar Gensets to its peers in the form of operations & maintenance agreements. With these agreements North American strives to maintain the same high capacity factor and attention to detail we maintain in our own plants. Energy sector suppliers such as Caterpillar and Mobil Industrial Lubricants trust North American to test their future products in the field. In the past North American has executed operation & maintenance agreements with other energy generation firms such as Waste Management’s Waste Management Renewable Energy, ("WMRE") and the Township of Ypsilanti Michigan.
